About the Role

As the Director of Sales, you will lead our sales initiatives to propel Reyki AI's growth in the cloud management industry. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on engagement with our largest and most strategic customers. You will be instrumental in shaping the sales strategies and achieving the company’s revenue targets.


  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with major cloud users.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives effectively.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics including account and territory planning.
  • Manage the sales team, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth.
  • Mentor and develop sales team members, including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience as a sales director or senior sales manager, preferably in cloud services, SaaS, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.

This role is open to remote candidates, with team collaboration facilitated through virtual meetings and shared development environments. However, traveling 1-2 times a quarter is expected.
